Job Description:
This is an onsite position located in Corinth, TX.
The Regional Technical Manager (RTM) is responsible for ensuring customers in their assigned region receive exceptional technical support and customer service. Workload demands in some regions may necessitate additional technical resources that will report to the RTM. Regional technical teams can be classified as Field Technicians, FTTx Installers, or any resources working cooperatively with Project Management, Operations, Logistics, and Sales. RTM’s will focus on discovering issues, fixing and maintain current networks and video infrastructures, and deploying systems to company standards. This position fills the unique role of balancing requests from Pavlov Media corporate, contractors, property staff, and residents. The RTM will balance various operational activities such as site maintenance, break fix work orders, contractor recruiting, continual improvement projects (CIP), improvements to standard operating procedures (SOP), and ensuring field resources are meeting service level agreements (SLA) in the specified region.
This position requires up to 80% travel.
Duties/Responsibilities:

- Maintain a customer first attitude to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recruits and engages contractors when needed; dismiss contractors as warranted
- Maintains personal relationship and good communication with property staff, clients, other sub-contractors or any other important point of contact
- Approve subordinates time sheets, schedule overtime and vacations
- Provides technical, procedural, and product guidance to our field technicians and contractors
- Instructs all field personnel in proper administrative procedures
- Helps identify and coordinate local contract labor for work orders in their region
- Travel to each assigned site as needed to perform low-voltage cabling work, outside plant work, electronics work, and network troubleshooting
- Share information and provide feedback to internal teams on a consistent basis
- Field calls, emails, and work orders from Pavlov Media HQ
- Work with Pavlov Media NOC to resolve trouble tickets within assigned market
- Demonstrate effective troubleshooting skills and the ability to use them
- Understand network diagrams and other technical manuals
- Assist with upkeep on network documentation and product training materials
- Ensure that network quality meets Pavlov Media standards
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience with techniques, application and installation of grounding, CAT5, Fiber Optics, LAN/WAN Networks
- 5+ years experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- 2+ years of successful deployment experience in data and/or video, LVC, fiber installations, and/or construction management
- Troubleshooting networking issues
- Travel 80% of the time

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is: $64,800.00 – $97,200.00 annually
Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience. Pavlov Media is committed to complying with the Equal Pay Act and places a strong emphasis on internal equity when determining compensation. Final pay will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and alignment with our internal equity standards, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization. The salary banding for this role also allows room for growth, with opportunities for pay increases within the band based on performance and contributions.
