Job Description:

A Project Manager is responsible for the coordination and management of a sold Pavlov Media solution. This position works closely with Pavlov Media Engineering, Logistics, NOC, and Field Operations staff as a facilitator throughout the deployment. Pavlov Media projects consist of installing infrastructure required to support video and data (Internet connectivity via Fiber, Ethernet or Wireless) services at new and existing properties.

Leadership
- Operate as the primary point of contact for the customer and subcontractors
- Act as a liaison between architects, engineers, vendors, property staff, and contractors as needed
Customer Service
- Effectively communicate via phone, cell phone, text message, and email to Sub-Contractors, Pavlov Media Supervisors/Executives, and Customers
Project Management
- Maintain accuracy of project status within pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate pre-recycle visits
- Schedule and coordinate all project kickoff meetings with stakeholders
- Generate, review, and approve purchase orders
- Generate standardized project documents required to communicate progress both internally and externally
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Review pay requests to ensure that the amount requested for payment is commensurate with the percentage of project completion
- Generate the financial budget for any given project and be able to identify/justify this financial metric with the use of Engineering specifications and work-ups
- Prepare status reports, update financial reporting tools, and inform all stakeholders of project progress during the deployment
- Generate, track, and control “Change Orders” via standardized forms and reporting methods
- Hold Project Closing Meetings
Technical Ability
- Capture all project deliverables in project management software
- Produce project schedules and Gantt charts
- Understand the onsite tasks for all construction build out phases
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree – Minimum of 4 years college education or equivalent work experience
- Desired Majors include: Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Accounting, Finance or Human Resources
- Formal Project Management Experience/Training: recorded and demonstrable work using PERT, Critical Path, or LEAN project methodology to achieve deliverables in a defined project structure
- PMP Certification: “Project Management Professional” certification provided by the Project Management Institute – possession or desire to achieve this certification a plus
- Experience with: MS Project Professional, MS Word, MS Excel, MS CRM, MS Visio, MS Outlook
- Ability to travel required

Physical Requirements:
The successful candidate will be able to perform the following with or without reasonable accommodation:

Compensation & Benefits:
The salary range for this position is: $64,800.00-$100,000.00/annually
Actual base pay for this job will depend on the candidate’s primary work location and other factors, such as relevant skills and experience. Pavlov Media is committed to complying with the Equal Pay Act and places a strong emphasis on internal equity when determining compensation. Final pay will be determined based on the candidate’s skills, experience, and alignment with our internal equity standards, ensuring fairness and consistency across the organization. The salary banding for this role also allows room for growth, with opportunities for pay increases within the band based on performance and contributions.
