*Terms & Conditions: The fundraising offer is available only to new customers who sign up for Pavlov Media internet services through the designated webpage www.pavlovmedia.com/fca. Customers must be located within Pavlov Media's serviceable areas. The customer's service must remain active, and their account must be in good standing for a minimum of three (3) consecutive months to qualify for the donation. Donations will be made to FCA within 60 days following the completion of the required three (3) months of service. All internet service plans are subject to Pavlov Media's standard terms and conditions of service, including any applicable agreements, terms of use, and privacy policies.
