Why are you doing this?


We're investing in this new platform to make your experience easier, faster, and more reliable. Great businesses invest in solutions that serve their customers better — and that's exactly what we're doing. Pavlov Media is proud to be rooted in local communities and connected nationwide, always working to deliver the best service possible.

Do I need to do anything?


Nope — all your information will transfer safely to the new platform. The first time you log in, you'll be prompted to update your password for security on the new platform.

I would like to update my payment method?


Once logged in, simply visit your account settings and update your payment info. We now offer ACH as well!

Will the amount I pay change?


No, your plan and pricing will stay
exactly the same.

Will my billing date change?

For most customers , no - your billing date will remain your install date, and payments will continue to be charged on that day. If your billing date is later than your install date, you could see a change to the install date.Though, if you're currently billed on the 29th, 30th, or 31st of the month, your billing date will move to the 28th.

Can I upgrade my plan?


Absolutely. If available in your market, you'll be able to upgrade your plan right in the new platform.
