Pavlov Media, one of the nation’s largest private providers of broadband services to multifamily real estate owners, today announced it has acquired Simplified Technologies (Simplified) headquartered in Champaign, Illinois. Simplified is a provider of IT support services to commercial businesses in the Midwest.

“This latest addition to the Pavlov Media family coupled with our rapidly expanding fiber footprint throughout the Midwest will allow us to accelerate our growing B2B business unit with the addition of the Simplified team of professionals,” said Mark Scifres, Chairman and CEO of Pavlov Media. “We will continue to seek similar acquisition opportunities in other key geographic markets,” added Scifres.

Glenn Meyer, Board Member and President of Pavlov Media’s MDU services group, also added “We had been searching for the right group to partner with to help us with our rapidly growing B2B business and the Simplified team has a proven track record of successfully serving this market. We will be able to leverage our national fiber backbone as an additional resource that Simplified can offer to their existing customer base. We’re very pleased that Dan Moisson and the entire team at Simplified has chosen to join forces with us.”

“We have been growing rapidly and knew that Pavlov Media also had been experiencing exponential growth so the combination of our two businesses makes sense,” Dan Moisson, Founder and CEO of Simplified said. “That Pavlov Media’s commitment to long term customer relationships and to retaining our entire team matched up to our business philosophy and made for an easy and timely transaction.”

Simplified Computers will continue to operate from its 901 South Neil Street location in Champaign, Illinois and will add the ability to offer Pavlov Media fiber optic network services soon.
