📜 Net Neutrality & Open Internet Practices
Recent FCC orders, sometimes referred to as the “Restoring Internet Freedom Order” or “net neutrality” rules, require broadband service providers to disclose any practices involving blocking, throttling, or prioritization.
- Pavlov Media, Inc., along with its affiliates and subsidiaries (“Company”), believes consumers should have unfettered access to content on the internet.
- Company does not block consumer access to lawful internet content, applications, services, or non-harmful devices.
- Company does not resell consumers’ data to third parties.
- Company does not engage in unlawful or anticompetitive discrimination against websites, streaming services, or voice applications that may compete with our traditional services.
- Company does not offer paid prioritization or affiliate priority services.
- If aggregate demand exceeds network capacity, leading to acute congestion, bandwidth will be fairly allocated among customers. Peer-to-peer file sharing traffic may be reduced to manage network integrity.
- During congestion, customers will still have access to lawful content and services, though speeds and response times may temporarily slow.
- Company does not engage in deep packet inspection (beyond standard IP, TCP, and UDP headers) except when necessary to preserve network integrity and protect against threats.
