The Senior VP of FTTH Sales will be responsible for driving FTTH subscriber growth in all our markets across the country. This person will lead, develop, and execute sales strategies, in addition to building and mentoring sales teams.

This is an onsite position located in Champaign, IL.

The Senior VP of FTTH Sales will be responsible for driving FTTH subscriber growth in all our markets across the country. This person will lead, develop, and execute sales strategies, in addition to building and mentoring sales teams.

 

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • P&L responsibility for all FTTH activities.
  • Develop effective marketing campaigns to drive subscriber acquisition.
  • Build local field sales and support teams.
  • Coordinate launches of new markets.
  • Identify and launch new products and services directed at residential subscribers.
  • Monthly and quarterly performance reporting to senior management and board members.
  • Evaluate new target markets from both a competitive and ROI perspective.
  • This leader will be focused on existing and prospect strategies for winning and retaining business; they will drive revenue growth in a profitable manner while focusing on quality and superior service.
  • Formulate sales strategy and execute against revenue targets.
  • Communicate critical deliverables from the customer to the appropriate business unit(s).
  • Guide the identification and implementation of business process improvements and optimization across lines of business and the organization.
  • Build team capabilities through people development, develop future leaders, increasing both bench strength and diverse talent.
  • Consistently monitor leading performance metrics and champion change for continuous improvement and success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Substantial experience as a senior leader with demonstrated success in sales and building teams.

 

  • Strong leadership capabilities to deliver results and to build and motivate teams of diverse disciplines.
  • Demonstrated success facilitating strong external/internal working relationships.
  • Candidates with technical background on fiber to the home ecosystems, products, and terminology are preferred.
  • High energy, data driven and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal integrity that embodies high standards and commitment to excellence
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and maintain the proper balance between meeting the business needs and managing the available resources.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
