Retail Customer Service Representative

Retail sales/CSR is responsible for solving problems for our customers. Two key traits are listening skills and problem solving. Customer interaction will be on the phone and in person. A positive friendly attitude is critical. Being able to multitask is highly valued. This position is entry level with advancement opportunities available to highly motivated individuals. This is a part-time position and days of operation are Monday through Saturday. Great opportunity for college students!

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls
  • Direct calls to appropriate people
  • Greet customers in person and address their needs
  • Take in computers for repair/service
  • Help customers decide what hardware to purchase
  • Advise customers on repair issues
  • Replace products that are sold on the retail floor
  • Financial transactions
  • Light technical work when not helping customers
  • Assist other departments as available

  • 1+ years customer service
  • 1+ years of computer hardware experience
  • 1+ years of computer software experience
  • Previous sales experience a plus
