Retail Customer Service Representative
Retail sales/CSR is responsible for solving problems for our customers. Two key traits are listening skills and problem solving. Customer interaction will be on the phone and in person. A positive friendly attitude is critical. Being able to multitask is highly valued. This position is entry level with advancement opportunities available to highly motivated individuals. This is a part-time position and days of operation are Monday through Saturday. Great opportunity for college students!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Direct calls to appropriate people
- Greet customers in person and address their needs
- Take in computers for repair/service
- Help customers decide what hardware to purchase
- Advise customers on repair issues
- Replace products that are sold on the retail floor
- Financial transactions
- Light technical work when not helping customers
- Assist other departments as available

- Computer hardware/software knowledge and experience
- Basic computer networking/wireless understanding
Experience Requirements and Positives:
- 1+ years customer service
- 1+ years of computer hardware experience
- 1+ years of computer software experience
- Previous sales experience a plus
