This is an onsite/hybrid/remote position located in Champaign/Dallas/etc.
The Manager of Service Delivery at Pavlov Media will drive revenue growth by leading and
motivating a high-performing sales team focused on our fiber optic internet services. This role
involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Manager of Service Delivery will work closely with the
marketing and operations teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives. This position
is essential in expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets in a competitive tele[1]communications landscape.
Primary Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and in[1]crease market share for Pavlov Media’s fiber optic internet services.
• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive performance, achieve sales goals,
and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, analyze metrics, and implement improvement plans as needed. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential
clients, and expand the company’s client base.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with sales objectives and market trends.
• Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and prepare reports to evaluate the
effectiveness of sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer
needs to adapt sales approaches and stay ahead in the telecommunications market.

• Deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, particularly in fiber optic inter[1]net services, and the ability to stay current with industry trends.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address challenges creatively and adapt
strategies to meet evolving market demands.
Experience Requirements
• Proven experience in a sales management role within the telecommunications industry,
with a focus on fiber optic internet services or similar products.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue
growth and exceed sales targets.
• Extensive experience in leading and managing a sales team, including recruiting, train[1]ing, and performance coaching.
• Solid track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, key stake[1]holders, and business partners.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance, manage
leads, and analyze sales data.
• A strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive land[1]scape in the telecommunications sector.

• Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.
