Connecting Your Telephone

Telephone service is provided by Campus Communications Group. To determine if your property has Campus Communications Group telephone service, ask your leasing office or visit the find your community(the availability) section.

To determine if you have a working phone line, simply locate the telephone jack in your unit, plug one end of the phone line into it, and the other line into your phone. Once connected, pick up your handset and listen for a dial tone.

Phone Jacks

A dual jack outlet may be offered in your unit (shown above right). Your personal line is the bottom plug, and the community gate access is the top plug. If you do not subscribe to phone service and your community offers gate access, you will still be able to dial numbers within the community and have 911 service.
